When to Eat
How many times a day do you eat? Im assuming 3? The classic breakfast, lunch, and dinner is the “normal” eating schedule. However this way of eating could be ruining your gains! It is much better to eat 5-6 small meals spread throughout the day. There has been countless studies by fitness professionals explaining that this is the correct way to eat. People do not want to change the classic way of eating. This diet has been attempted to be mainstreamed but a lot of people do not accept it. It is too “different”. The beauty of doing this is you feel fuller all day. You aren’t eating as much but because you are eating more frequently your stomach is always feeling fed. When you do the classic 3 or two times a day meals, often times those are HUGE meals in which a lot of calories are consumed. This is how sumo wrestlers eat. They eat once or twice a day eating a massive amount of food. It is the easiest way to gain weight. I know you don’t want to look like a sumo wrestler! To ease into this type of eating add a snack between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. However for the 3 main meals make the portion significantly lower. After doing this for a while forget the idea of breakfast lunch and dinner and just know you have to eat frequent small meals throughout the day.
