  • After reviewing everything I will make a custom program for you and send it to your email.
  • If you don’t understand exercises I will send you links to exercises, guide you through by descriptions or will even have a private web chat with you in which i show you.
  • I can even web chat with you for information if wanted
  • Every 4-6 weeks I will update your program depending on results.
  • You ask questions whenever you want and I will respond
