Part 5 of 5: Save Time with HIIT

To wrap up this series I want to talk about HIIT training. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It consists of bursts of intense exercise followed by low intensity exercise.

For example, sprinting for 20 seconds all out and then jogging for 30 seconds. Repeating this cycle multiple times.

These workouts generally last around 10-12 minutes.
